A proven model. In August 2025, the City of Jacksonville and Oak Hill Capital — our affiliated development entity — announced a performance-based incentive agreement under Alabama Constitutional Amendment 772. The structure carries zero upfront risk to the City and funds first-phase downtown redevelopment, including at least 75 new public parking spaces. Read the announcement
